My Dad was diagnosed in July 2007 with Lewy Body Dementia. Previously he was diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease July 2006, since then he has been rapidly going downhill. He is 70 and has always led a healthy, active lifestyle. He was a very intelligent man, he completed school 2 years ahead of his peers and was always keen to learn more about everything. My Mum and Dad have been married for 47 years, have 8 children and 29 grandchildren!! Their youngest grandchild was born on the 17th September.
