Living Will or Advanced Care Directive

Your relative has the option of drafting a living will with their own wishes and instructions for the future regarding housing, care and nurturing.
A Living will helps to ensure that your relative receives the care and nurturing they would like for themselves, even if he or she is no longer able to express their wishes themselves. It can be a big help to both relatives and nursing staff to have a description of how they normally do things, what they like and what they don’t. It may pertain to personal hygiene, dress, food and drink, music and leisure time interests.
