Personal Matters

In time it may become difficult to handle your personal matters yourself, such as health matters, contact with government officials, questions about care, housing etc
It is a good idea to consider how you would like issues such as these to be handled in the future. This may include where you live, particular leisure activities, personal relationships etc.
If you have one or more people you can ask for help and support, talk with them about the type of support needed and when and how you would like this to occur.
