Subject: frontotemporal
I had a CT scan and being sent for a MRI as the CT scan showed prominent frontotemporal region cortical sulci over the frontal and mid parietal regions appear more prominent then expected for this age group (32) there are air fluid levels in both maxillary antra. What does this mean?

Given your young age I feel the most appropriate thing is for a neurologist to follow this up. Also in younger people who might be complaining of memory problems we might seek a more detailed assessment from a neuropsychologist. Putting these things together may help unravel whether the scan findings are relevant in your case.
